VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach Police are asking for help identifying two people in connection to an aggravated assault that occurred at the Oceanfront last month.
It was around 6:30 p.m. April 29 near the Virginia Beach Fishing Pier and the Boardwalk that two individuals “assaulted a group of victims after a confrontation over e-bikes,” a post on the Virginia Beach Crime Solvers website said.
