RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A black bear spotted in Richmond’s Oregon Hill neighborhood Thursday morning was tranquilized and captured, according to officials.
According to VCU Police, they responded to a call shortly before 7 a.m. on Thursday, May 14 from someone who saw what they believed to be a bear.
