Franklin County pauses rezoning effort

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – Franklin County leaders voted to pause their sweeping rezoning effort Wednesday, saying the draft ordinance wasn’t ready for public review after two years of work and hours of meetings.

“I think that the document that was put out was not ready for primetime. It was not ready for public review,” Dan Quinn said.
