11th Street Construction Expands Across South Rockford
Drivers traveling through the south side of Rockford are facing continued delays as major construction work pushes forward along 11th Street between Harrison Avenue and Broadway Street.
City crews are conducting daily lane closures between Harrison Avenue and 22nd Avenue while workers complete grading operations, install new sidewalks, and continue lighting upgrades.
The most significant traffic impact remains the full roadway closure on 11th Street from 21st Avenue to 15th Avenue.
