The Carter Jones Lumber Co. purchased an industrial warehouse in Canton for $3.03 million, according to the latest real estate transfers from the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The building material chain bought the property at 2000 10th St. NE and two nearby commercial lots from K Hovnanian Ohio Realty LLC, a home construction company. Carter Jones Lumber Co. also purchased the lot northeast of 10th Street and Marion Motley Avenue for $66,000.
