HEPHZIBAH, Ga. (WJBF) – The death of a 1-year-old who died from drowning is still under investigation according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
On May 9th, RCSO deputies responded to the 1500 block of Brown Road in Hephzibah in reference to a possible drowning.
The victim’s mother reported told them that she had gone to the bathroom when her dog opened the baby gate and the back door, allowing her 1-year-old son, Maddox, to get out of the house and into the pool…
