AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office said it has terminated four employees after an internal investigation into what it called misconduct in office.
The sheriff’s office opened the investigation after receiving allegations of policy violations and conduct unbecoming of employees, the agency said. Investigators found the employees violated departmental policies, agency standards and the public trust, officials said.
