SOUTH BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN)…..Long vacant, the former St. John the Evangelist Church in South Buffalo may soon be renovated into a a market rate apartment complex.
Grand Island-based Chris Shores LLC is working with Buffalo officials on the redevelopment plans.
Tentative plans, pending various city approvals, would see the circa-1931 era former church at 2317 Seneca Street renovated into 24 market rate apartments, with a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units…
