SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – A Chatham County grand jury has indicted Oscar Vasquez Lopez on one count of first-degree homicide by vehicle in connection to a crash that killed Savannah teacher Linda Davis earlier this year.
Investigators say Davis was killed after Lopez allegedly fled from federal immigration agents and crashed into her vehicle near Truman Parkway and Whitefield Avenue in February.
