SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Monday, Garden City PD stopped a stolen U-Haul truck in Garden City, after confirming it had been reported stolen out of La Grange, GA.
The driver was identified as 26-year-old Damos Jackson.
Inside the truck, officers found 4 very young children in unsafe and neglected conditions:
