KENNER, La. — The Kenner Police Department says a package theft investigation in the Avant Garde neighborhood has expanded into a multi-state mail theft and identity fraud operation.
Investigators say Joshua Johnson was tracked from Louisiana to Tennessee through police work, Flock camera technology, and assistance from the Major Crimes Task Force, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and the Collierville Police Department.
Johnson was located in Memphis and was allegedly carrying stolen mail, identification cards, passports, credit and debit cards, and other personal information…
