ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Road work on the two major highways that pass through Albuquerque may cause delays starting Monday
New Mexico Department of Transportation crews will perform shoulder fog seal operations on portions of Interstate 25 and Interstate 40. The operations will require one lane closure in the work zones from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to allow crews to safely apply the fog seal material.
Work schedule:
- May 18: I-25 northbound from mile marker 235 to 239 (Tramway to near Avenida Bernalillo)
- May 19: I-25 southbound from mile marker 239 to 235 (Avenida Bernalillo to Tramway)
- May 20: I-40 westbound from mile marker 149 to 147 (near Atrisco Vista)
- May 21: I-40 eastbound from mile marker 147 to 149 (near Atrisco Vista)
