Chud The Builder’s Gofundme nears target amount as fresh charges emerge

Chud The Builder is at the center of a Tennessee courthouse shooting story that just spilled into a fast moving online fundraiser this week. The fundraiser, run by the family of the man he is accused of shooting, has crossed 92 percent of its 75,000 dollar goal. Chud The Builder, whose real name is Dalton Eatherly, age 28, faced a Montgomery County judge on Friday morning.

Prosecutors stacked fresh felony counts on top of the original attempted criminal homicide charge. Bond was set at $1.25 million by General Session Court Judge Reid Poland III, citing how many bystanders were in the open courtyard when the shots went off.
