Over 300,000 notices of assessments were mailed out to Gwinnett County property owners on Friday.
It is important to note this is not a tax bill, but does include the value of the property and any exemptions, credits, or preferential assessments that may be applied.
A real property owner may appeal the appraised value, the denial of an exemption, or apply for a new homestead exemption.
