Cops: Butler County Woman Turned Million-Dollar Mars Mansions Into Her Personal Hideout

Police in Adams Township say a 28-year-old woman was caught making herself a little too comfortable inside a multimillion-dollar home that was on the market, rattling a usually quiet Mars-area suburb.

According to investigators, the homeowner spotted an unfamiliar woman inside the Heaven Lane property on surveillance and called police. Officers arrived, searched the house and found her inside, where they took her into custody.

Police say the homeowner shared the garage code with officers, who entered and found a parked vehicle that matched one they had already been tracking. The Heaven Lane home is listed at roughly $3.9 million on local MLS listings, per Redfin.

Adams Township police charged 28-year-old Hannah Alexis Cunningham with one felony count each of burglary and criminal trespass, along with misdemeanor counts of theft and loitering, and she is being held in the Butler County Jail on $7,500 bail, according to Butler Eagle. The outlet reports Cunningham used the home’s bathtub and removed sales brochures from the property. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for May 13, when prosecutors are expected to weigh formal charges.
