TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Organizers of the 53rd Old West End Festival announced new road closures and safety measures for the 2026 event after neighbors raised concerns about traffic and safety.
This year’s festival runs June 6 and 7. The city will close Delaware Avenue from Glenwood to Parkwood during the festival. Southbound traffic will still be able to cross at Scottwood.
