A new all-day spot to grab morning coffee, a midday lunch, or a stiff after-work cocktail is coming next week to Flatiron Park. It’s the perfect hub for the East Boulder workforce — or for anyone who wants to eavesdrop on conversations about the hottest new technologies in biotech.
East & Co., located at 2100 Central Ave., is now open inside BioMed Realty’s east-side life science and technology campus, according to a press release. The project comes from Working Title Food Group, the Boulder-based restaurant collective whose other projects include River and Woods and Denver’s Michelin-recognized Ash’Kara. Working Title was founded by Boulderites Josh Dinar, of DiningOut Magazine, and chef Daniel Asher.
While most people working near Flatiron Park are accustomed to getting in a car and driving to Arapahoe Avenue for lunch, East & Co. brings an all-day option with space for morning coffee, laptop time, lunch meetings, after-work drinks, take-home dinner and private events — all without turning a sandwich run into a field trip…
