WILMINGTON — The Select Board held a short meeting on May 11.
The first appointment of the evening was the scheduled reorganization of the board which involved the naming of a new chair. Lilia Maselli nominated Kevin Caira and this was seconded by Gary DePalma. The board then voted unanimously to make Kevin Caira the new chair.
He and Frank West swapped places at the desk and the meeting progressed into communications…
