LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man was charged by Ephrata police after they say he lost control of his vehicle while driving under the influence last month.
The incident happened around 12:13 a.m. on April 15 in the 800 block of East Main Street in Ephrata Township.
