Columbia-Richland Fire Department eyes 15-year plan to renovate 16 aging stations

COLUMBIA, S.C. — The Columbia-Richland Fire Department says it needs major investments over the next 15 years to renovate and replace aging fire stations across Richland County and Columbia.
