Several people were taken into custody in Newark, Delaware Saturday night after a large group of teenagers gathered at the Christiana Fashion Center.
When Action News cameras arrived at the scene around 7 p.m., there was a heavy police presence and multiple groups of young people gathered outside.
Authorities have not yet said what led officers to respond to the area…
