The Windsor Town Council voted 5-0 on Tuesday, May 12, to approve a conditional use permit (CUP) allowing an automobile painting booth to be installed within an existing Parham’s Classic Auto LLC building at 13 E. Windsor Blvd.
The council’s vote followed a public hearing on the matter during which no one from the public spoke.
