DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Cedarville has been granted $1 million by the state to improve a large 24-acre former industrial site, which will house the Reddy Electric Company.
The site on West Xenia Avenue has been vacant for over 30 years. It was formerly home to the Hagar Straw Board and Paper Company.
The redevelopment will include designing existing buildings into a warehouse, with training and corporate office space for Reddy Electric. This is expected to bring 250 new jobs and retain 150 jobs in Cedarville.
