MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — Officials confirm a search is underway for a male who drowned in Guntersville Lake Sunday afternoon.
Marshall County Emergency Management Agency Director Blake Farmer said the victim was on a boat in the Honeycomb area went he went overboard and never resurfaced. It happened around 1:30 p.m. between Guntersville and the Guntersville Dam.
