GUNTERSVILLE, Ala — The Tennessee Valley Authority tells FOX54 it has added resources in the fight against eelgrass at Lake Guntersville, with a expanded fleet of harvesters already in the water and weekly herbicide treatments running through the fall.
TVA spokesperson Clarissa McClain said the agency has been scaling up its aquatic plant management operation since 2023.
