EAST END, Ohio (WKRC) – A building partially collapsed early Monday morning in Cincinnati, prompting road closures and displacing residents.
The three-story building collapsed shortly after 3 a.m. on Riverside Drive at Vance in the East End.
Officials said part of all three floors at the front of the building collapsed onto the sidewalk and into the street. Firefighters searched for anyone who might be trapped, but no one was found inside…
