A popular local restaurant in Lady Lake was hit with a “stop sale” order after a health inspector found outdated food on the premises.
Billy’s Cafe, located at 13752 N. U.S. Hwy. 441, was visited by an inspector on May 7, according to a report on file with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
During the visit, the inspector issued a stop sale order after discovering chicken, tuna, and potato salad that had been prepared or opened on April 28.
