Home sales are up in southeast Wisconsin this spring – but so are prices.
Regional home sales totaled 1,780 in March, up 14.2% from 12 months prior, according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association’s most recent report.
The median sale price rose 6.3% to $340,000, with the fastest price growth coming from Milwaukee and Kenosha counties. Ozaukee County had the highest median sale price at $510,000, according to the report…
