SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (WNYT)- A ribbon cutting ceremony at Gaffney’s on Monday marked the beginning of a new chapter for the longtime Saratoga Springs nightlife destination under new ownership and with a completely redesigned atmosphere.
The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce hosted the ceremony at Gaffney’s, located at 16 Caroline Street, celebrating the business’s official return after reopening earlier this month. Community members gathered to welcome back what many consider one of Saratoga’s most iconic establishments.
