HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – A mother and daughter were arrested after removing over $3,000 in tools from a local hardware store.
Hopkinsville Police responded to Lowes on Fort Campbell Boulevard on May 14 in response to a theft around 2 p.m. An employee at the store had reported that two women had removed two carts full of merchandise from the store and were inside getting another cart.
The women abandoned the third cart in the parking lot, and their license plate number was given to HPD. An officer initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle near the store, and several items were seen in the backseat, according to an arrest report…
