A new restaurant in a well-known location in Lexington has opened its doors.
Señor Bird’s Tacos + Tequila Bar officially opened on Monday, May 18, according to posts from the business on social media. The new Mexican restaurant is at 942 E. Main St., not far from the heart of downtown Lexington. It’s in the building that formerly was home to Fatz Cafe for many years. Fatz closed all of its locations, including Lexington, in 2023.
According to signage on the door at Señor Bird’s and listings on its social media, it’s open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday…
