EVSC updates policy on students personal electronic devices in the classroom

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – During Monday night’s EVSC school board meeting, parents were sent information about their policy on students having phones in the classroom.

The EVSC put out a statement that says: starting July 1, a new Indiana law will require all school districts to have an official policy prohibiting the use of personal electronic devices during the instructional school day.
