The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office has released body camera footage of the police response at the No Kings Protest in Memphis.
According to District Attorney General Steve Mulroy, the video was released following requests from several local organizations seeking transparency regarding the incident.
“Given the high level of public interest, the video should be available for transparency,” Mulroy said in a statement. “There are too many hours of footage to review and redact at this time, but we have provided the relevant portion focused on the police use of force.”…
