The Daily Nosh is preparing to open on June 8 in Downtown Roseville, according to co-owner David Randolph Peters, who goes by Randy and operates the restaurant alongside his wife, Lisa Peters. The restaurant recently received approval for its liquor license through the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and will be located at 105 Vernon Street.
The new concept will offer both indoor and outdoor dining and will take over a historic building originally constructed in 1957 as a Pontiac dealership. According to Randy, much of the building’s original brick and character has been preserved as part of the restaurant’s unique style.
The Daily Nosh will focus on scratch-made breakfast and lunch dishes, including fresh biscuits, pastries, free-range eggs, Benedicts, breakfast sandwiches, and large ham steak-and-eggs plates, which Randy said are known for their oversized portions.…
