EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Animal Services partnered with Operation Kindness Humane Society over the weekend and provided more than 130 spay and neuter resources for pet owners across the Borderland.
Officials said the clinic aimed to make veterinary care more accessible for families while helping address ongoing concerns about pet overpopulation in El Paso.
