LAFAYETTE, La. (NEWS 15) — A Flood Warning is still in effect for the Vermilion River at Lafayette, with minor flooding occurring, according to the National Weather Service.
The Flood Warning for the Vermilion River at the Surrey Street Gage was originally scheduled to end on Friday, May 15. However, forecasters have extended the warning through Saturday, May 23.
