BELLEVILLE, Ill. (First Alert 4) -Several rescue animals were relocated from the St. Clair County Animal Control center due to the possibility of flash flooding.
The St. Clair County Emergency Management Agency stated that 49 dogs and 20 cats were successfully relocated on Monday as more storms crossed the area, raising the risk of flash flooding.
