15-year-old cut in head during stabbing at Wheaton Mall Carnival: Police

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A 15-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after they were sliced in the head on Sunday night at the Wheaton Mall Carnival.

The incident took place in the 1100 block of Veirs Mill Road just after 8:45 p.m., where officers responded to a reported stabbing.

There, first responders found the teen with a cut to his head. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
