A major road construction project on Sioux Falls’ east side is about to enter a new phase, which will bring with it a new set of headaches for drivers.
Beginning Thursday (May 21st), Arrowhead Parkway will be closed between Veterans Parkway and Highline Avenue to allow construction crews to begin reconstruction on the west side of the Arrowhead Parkway and Veterans Parkway intersection.
