WAYNE COUNTY, Ohio — Chad Palmer, the 33-year-old Orrville man accused of stabbing Wayne County Sheriff Thomas Ballinger and Sgt. Dan Broome last week, was back in court Tuesday morning where he agreed to waive his right to a bond hearing.
The judge told Palmer this choice means he will remain being held without bond “pending resolution of this case or further order of the court.”
