GUILDERLAND — Even after admitting it missed a renewal deadline by nearly six months, a Cold Stone Creamery franchisee is asking the Albany County Supreme Court to declare that it validly renewed its Stuyvesant Plaza lease, pointing to the last 21 months of accepted rent as proof.
The May 12 complaint was filed by MMM786 Creamery Corporation, which currently owns the shop against Stuyvesant Plaza Incorporated and Stuyvesant Plaza Retail LLC — entities both listed as owners of the parcel.
