BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Kellanova veteran Joe Mueller is retiring after more than 35 years with the company, closing out a career spanning sales leadership, customer engagement and industry advocacy across the grocery and mass retail landscapes.
Mueller most recently served as vice president of purposeful engagement, where he aligned customer priorities with company strategy across retail channels. During his tenure, he became known for building strong partnerships with retailers and helping shape evolving go-to-market and shopper engagement strategies.
He joined Kellogg Company in 1992 as a retail sales representative and advanced through a series of leadership positions covering national accounts, Walmart, health and wellness and agency teams.
