SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — Homeowners, property managers and residents voiced their concerns to county staff about potential updates to the short-term rental ordinance Monday night.
Chatham County staff said the proposed new regulations addresses concerns from the community and issues they have personally come across when considering short-term rental regulations in the county’s unincorporated areas.
