Syracuse, N.Y. — A 38-year-old man was shot and killed on the North Side of Syracuse Tuesday night, police said.
Around 7:47 p.m., Syracuse police were called to the 200 block of Lemoyne Avenue for a shooting with injuries, according to Sgt. Thomas Blake, a spokesperson for Syracuse police.
