TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The mother of a 4-year-old was charged with child endangerment Monday after officers witnessed unsafe conditions where the child was left alone.
Nashelle Hollinger, 33, entered a Not Guilty plea on May 19. Her bail was set at $5,000.
