BUFFALO, N.Y. — The transformation of Buffalo’s historic DL&W Train Station is continuing to move forward, even as crews uncover unexpected structural challenges inside the century-old building.
The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority officially opened the station to the public in December, marking a major milestone in the long-awaited waterfront redevelopment project. Since then, construction crews have been working on multiple phases of restoration and expansion at the site.
