A 31-year-old Wilmington man is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges following an incident Friday.
According to the New Castle County Division of Police, officers responded on Friday, May 15, 2026, at approximately 10:20 a.m. to a business in the unit block of Marrows Road for a reported disturbance.
Investigators allege that 31-year-old Oliver Cephas Jr. forcibly entered the business and confronted an individual inside. During the incident, police said Cephas damaged the tires of another person’s vehicle before returning to the location and attempting to gain entry a second time.
Authorities said Cephas then damaged the business’s door, forced his way back inside, assaulted an individual, stole property, and fled the area before officers arrived…
