A new 500-home development is now headed to Houston’s northwest side as builders continue chasing affordability beyond the city limits.
LGI Homes announced plans for Cypress Trails, a new community near Waller-Tomball Road and Bauer Road in Hockley, Texas. The development, located roughly 38 miles from downtown Houston near the Grand Parkway, is expected to include homes starting around $250,000.
