HUDSON, Ohio — After months of debate, the Hudson City Council approved a controversial zoning overhaul Tuesday night that creates a new “District 11” zoning designation along the South Darrow Road corridor despite continued opposition from some residents and officials.
The legislation, first introduced in September 2025, amends Hudson’s zoning map and sections of the city’s land development code to establish the new district.
