DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — The man living at the Wroe Avenue home facing child abuse charges was arraigned in court yesterday, May 19.
According to the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts, Stephanas Golden, 40, stood mute, which prompted the court to automatically enter a plea of not guilty.
